How tf am I getting attention also advice needed

I’ve started taking looks maxing seriously a week ago and been getting side eyes. To be fair, I’m 5’10 at a young age so maybe that contributes but point still stands.

Any advice on lean maxing? I fast during school hours with gum and water

im overweight and been nutrition maximizing since I’ve been 8. I suck at portioning. Any advice that you do yourself?

eat at a slight deficit (300-500) so you can still get all your micro nutrient and protein in to keep growing. its better to create the deficit with extra physical activity rather than eating less. you need milk eggs and sun exposure. 12 hours fast are enough if you like fasting so you can eat lunch. if you cant get all your micro nutrients with your diet dont hesitate to buy supplements (multi vitamins, d3+k2, calcium etc) and finally when you attein 14-16% body fat stop cutting and go back to normal eating just stay active and youll not regain weight. you can also talk about it with your doctor

I usually eat eggs 1x-2x a week because eggs are expensive asf where I live for some reason

But I believe my weight problem is mostly from terrible portioning and sleep. I usually get 3-5 hours of sleep
 
bro when u start to lose weight its better to stall than to cut down fast trust me, yes you might look fat for longer but at least this way you ensure you aren't missing out on any potential height

For sure. I found out that I was 200 pounds just earlier because I went and got my weight checked. I haven’t been doing much exercise but noticed I lost twenty pounds
