How tf do I gain weight?

I know this is for lookmaxxing and shit, but I'm so skinny that my body looks like a 9 yo body, I was born healthy, when I was a baby my weight was great, didn't had problems at all, but in somewhere like 10 yo or 9 yo my body stopped gaining weight I can say it gained slowly and not so much that time my weigh was 25 kg, and right now I am 16 year old, 37 kg, its so hard for me to gain weight, I don't know the reason of why I can't gain, most common food I eat is rice and beans I eat both together and chicken breast, forgot to mention not just my gain my bones stop growing too, my hands are so small they always have to talk about my hands, not just hands arms legs ect literally all bones, my ribs are visible the bones from the back also visible, if you users mention about exercising please only mention those exercises that can be done at home(I have pull ups and dumbells) , the gym that I want to go is so far away and it takes very much money to go there, please I need you guys to help me I cannot keep living with this nightmare.

Track calories, can't GYM then do calisthenics like i do, DIPS + PULLUPS + SPRINTS FOR LEGS OR SQUATS, you will build a body with only these 3

eat a clean surplus maybe 500-700 cals over daily intake

check if u have adhd or autism, sometimes it blocks hunger signaling in ur body making it harder to eat adequate portions. im skinny myself and as bad as it may sound i take a small hit of my cart to get the munchies and eat pretty much anything that i normally couldnt in addition to more.

I can tell that I have got adhd but not autism, plus my stomach is so small that I can eat like 2 half of plates or else my stomach gets exploded(as I said my body looks like a 9 year olds body it's so small)

As someone that doesn't know about cal(calories) explain to me like I am a child?
a calorie is the source for energy for us. Everybody has a maintenance (regulated weight, don't lose or gain) so to gain u should eat over ur maintenance approx 500-700 since u should u be eating over it during puberty anyways since ur always growing and I'm guessing ur not old enough to be out of puberty if u don't know what a calorie is (no offense)

I hit puberty since I was 10 year old, now I am 16 year old with mustache and not so much beard and also the hairs from armpets and the private part, I can say that time that I was 10yo my testosterone incredibly increasing, I don't take it as a offence I'm glad that you explained that to me I appreciate it, so about calories how many plates it will be for that amount you just said? By eating (rice and beans) if you don't like what I eat suggest me other foods.

rice and beans hardly has any protein check botb for best foods I don't wanna give u the wrong ideas I'm not too intelligent on the topic

I mean I really appreciate it for the colonies thank you man, also a question Many people mention about botb but I really don't know what it is or who he is

Same. I'm skinny but not to that degree. You have to force yourself to eat. Your bones might also weigh less than average.

I cannot live with these shitty body, I really need someone to help me out, I'm sick of being skinny. All thought I still appreciate you guys in the replies I will do the things that you guys said.

personally on bulks I like to do the opposite of what I do on a cut
cutting you have low calorie dense nutrients rich foods like rice and chicken where you can eat a lot and not consume much but carbs and protein
bulking I add in 2 meals of half a cup of a rice/chicken along with 4 slices of pizza later in the day, 3 glasses of milk throughout the day and whatever you would normally have for dinner. Also add in a preworkout meal of something like a rice crispie treat before and after the workout. keep cardio the same if not increase slightly as to combat fat gain and remove some of that extra bloat

Brother how tall are you to be 37kg
 
157cm, as I have mentioned my height stopped growing and so are the bones.
