Also jfl you probably cant cut your taste for tasty stuff to stop eating, but you can cut your taste for nasty stuff you have to eat to be healty.

Just close your nose canal, like try mewing all the way in the back then opening your mouth and breathing, should remove taste but you gotta mouth breathe while eating

Srry I was driving. For projection there really is nothing that’s both very effective and reliable (meaning we can recreate notable results for everyone) ur options are tooth born increase to palate (what I’ve done with biobloc) and or a rapid expander with facemask. There are some theoretical options too. But for vast majority it’s not even worth mentioning.

Btw: the type of saggital increase you get from a tooth born expander is different then rapid expanders. With tooth born u can increase the distance between the backmost tooth and the incisors. With basic lf1 and protraction u cant really do that (surgically u would have to split the maxilla into 3 parts…) with most surgery and protractions u are simply moving the jaw forward but not actually making it larger (saggitaly speaking)

Why do that? You can easily cut weight without starving yourself or restricting too hard. I used to lose weight on 2300 k cals consistently. You should eat what you want every couple days (without binge eating) and you will still be fine to lose fat. If youre struggling too hard its most likely youre restricting calories too much
