in the shitty gym i go plates only go up to 20kgs, i dont want to be 30 mins like a retard doing 40 reps for 3 sets on neck curls (done that already), and yeah i could buy neck harness, but its pricey asf, like 40 dollas plus (a good quality one ofc), and no im not doing neck bridges, those are easy asf
