You don't actually need to rent one, you order your stuff in the online store and you can select your nearest parcel locker and when it arrives there, you are notified and can pick up the package after entering a code...
The online shop however has to offer shipping to parcel lockers, certain sites don't or some products aren't sent there if they are too big or expensive.
Some shipping companies will send you a tracking number and you can use it to redirect the package to a parcel locker, even if you ordered the package to your home initially.
