It is biological and cultural. More European-leaning features have always been considered the most attractive in most human cultures worldwide (i.e. high nose bridges, lighter skin, bigger eyes, etc.)
Are you sure about the "always" part? Its kinda fucked up for the black folks and other ethnics if so.
Just check the ratings section and see how people rate ethnics and blacks, 80-90% of the time most are considered unattractive (which is true tbh)

I'm being unbiased here, just look at a European skull/features and then look at an Mongoloid skull/features. It's obvious that whites are better looking.
okay this is gonna sound turbo racist but pure african skull could resemble that more of a primate jfl which could be considered less attractive objectively. but what about the eyes lets say, what reasoning could there be for asian eyes to be less attractive besides media brainwashing?

well duh but what makes deep set eyes and projected orbital rims inherently better? we're tryna get to rock bottom here, youre not thinking outside the box of white beauty standarts. like i said the only way to test this out would be to take someone whos never been exposed to white wash and see if they have a stronger biological reaction seeing white faces.

Theres still uncontacted tribes roaming around. Of course im only pondering here, but its a good question as long as you dont think inside the box of "these features are better because they just are."
These uncontact tribes you speak of will either A). prefer they're own tribal features (due to strong in-group preference), or B). once they have see all human races, they will go with the one they find more attractive then themselves.
it would be scientific preferably and not word of mouth. hook them up to some machine and see which image produces more happy chemicals. if their own women do then beauty is societal, if not then biology is in favor for whites. this could be actually a deep revalation. of course most people anecdotally think whites look better, some wouldnt admit it, but this would be concrete proof of biological racism and therefore not making it racist but fact.
