How tf do you wear shoe lifts?

So I brought some shoe lifts and tried to put them on but my foot wouldn’t fit in the shoe with them, even with the lowest height
So how do ppl use these?

obviously you need to buy a size bigger shoes if you're gonna wear a 3cm lift.

No, like these, you can hide more lifts if you want/need to

But as i told you, 1-1.5 inch lifts are the most you can realistically do

Oh I was hoping to use them in smart work shoes so I can be taller and more likely for a promotion haha
