How tf does Clav afford EMSAM

I've been looking into dopamine agonists and was considering taking selegiline (Epstein took it as well), and I heard that @Clavicular takes the patch version called EMSAM. Looked it up and it's like $2k for a 30 day supply and has no generics. Even though clav is rich now I don't see how it would be worth taking when the patch version is like 50x more expensive than tablets.
