how tf does hamza have such a dogshit eye area despite the rest of his face being okay in terms of development

like his facial structure besides his eyes is decent he has a solid jaw with good width, shape and inclination but then those buggish protusive eyes and large orbitals and 1km of death tier horrendous upper eyelid exposure, droopy lower lids, like this combination of bad traits usually comes with a completely recessed face which hamza doesnt have yet he has a death tier eye area
