IMO some people have elite androgen receptors sensitivity so especially if he was a late bloomer, it's not that crazy to think he could achieve such a transformation. Then, take in mind he was either a mesomorph with high body fat or endomorph, both known to have wide bones naturally. Especially if he paired it with optimising maxillar development, debloating and loosing body fat, it's not that crazy: under the body fat he seemed to have a good base anyway.
Not achievable for the majority of people but not impossible to do naturally

Why would his philtrum get bigger like that or is the before picture making it seem like there is less philtrum mass and chin mass than there actually is. You can tell he has good bone mass in the upper face in the before picture.
