No, you need to get V shape body. Shape>Size. If you’re fr genuinely lazy, just train pushups and pullups thats it.

Not if you diet and train hard. You tealize that you could get lean by eating the same calories if you train very hard? Bc your muscles will use your fat to build itself. In turn, you’re the same weight, but leaner qnd more muscular

Just do my program, since your lazy I wont include legs

Day 1:
Pullups at full intensity until failure, like you’re screaming for help for 3 sets.

Chinups toll failure for 2 sets (dont be a bitch nigga do it till you genuinely cant)

Deadhangs till failure (use a timer) for 3x

Day2: decline pushups till failure or weighted push ups, or both for 3x

Tricep dips for 4 sets till failure

Thats it. Train neck on the 3rd day
