Infras rarely are an issue, niggas on this site overrate that
fat, veins, skin & hyper pigmentation are usually the one's causing it

This, if you've always had eyebags it's likely genetics. You either cope with concealer and make up or opt for fillers or a fat transplant, there's no other way sadly
