Non cope method - Fillers/PDO threads for folds and Fat grating/bleph for eyes (avoid fillers near eyes)

Or just never smile again

Fillers in general should be avoided, in the future especially there'll be more stuff done 'naturally' (meaning bone grafts/osteotomies and fat grafts)
