How do i not give a shit about anything man?


I fucking hate cortisol and shit because it gives me migranes/headaches


Deep breaths in from the nose and out feom the mouth always help


But is there anything else to help me

Listen to something relaxing that you enjoy 🎶
Hug ur teddy 🧸
Take a walk in nature 🌳
Treat yourself to good food, a movie or painting 🍔
Try to distract yourself

tbh I dont see the reason to eat raw meat

it does not have enough noootrients to make the "risk" worth it

Only raw things that are worth it is

Raw Yolks

Raw Liver

Raw Brain

It’s fine honey, you don’t even have to walk. Do you have a porch or a garden?

I have a swing chair in my garden with a roof over it like this

When it’s raining or sunny I like to just lie down with a pillow and swing on it, look up at the sky, watch the clouds slowly move, the stars glistening high above. Watch and listen to the rain. It’s really calming

Ashwaganda , sleep more , just learn to chill out in stressful situations u will get used to it
 
You don’t, you gotta be stressed all the time and fix shit that make you stressed in the first place and the cycle never ends you always gotta be streseee about something because you should always be in pursue of something
