this is terrible to admit but i dont really have any relationship with my parents, theyre decent parents but after seeing how they treated my sister growing up and watching it all through my 8 year old self i cant trust telling them anything, they ended up putting her in a mental hospital multiple times just after she finally opened up to them. only time im comfortable talking to them is when it involves money and conversations that i can escape from quickly.

I had the same issue in middle school and i could not talk to that one girl but i could talk to everyone else and i was super extroverted. But when i would talk to her i was like that. So what you need to do first (its gonna sound stupid) you need to manage when you fap and when you don’t fap i found the median for that and i would only fao on Fridays since I wouldn’t hang out with girls on the weeekand. You need to also not overthink it, she’s just another person and human jut like you don’t put her on a pedastool and glorify her, she’s just another person that you can be extroverted around.
