before you eat just imagine you with hollow ass cheeks and shredded

Scrape all ur tastebuds out of ur mouth, worked for me tbh or you can just burn them with a very hot liquid like very hot chocolate and repeat every couple of days.

I prefer overhydration till hospital that will get rid of all the water retention once they give you meds and your body releases all the water anything else is cope tbh go all in or nothing
