any drug that helps ? i tried amphetamines before, didn't help.

that's the problem, u have distractions available to u so u go watch porn instead of getting consumed by the work at hand
remove those distractions, find something interesting / convince urself u want to learn this shit for any reason u can possibly imagine, and pop a 10mg addy IR, and get learning

although I will say if you don't have any curiosity at all it will be 100x harder to convince urself

well considering I have adhd, probably autistic, and excruciatingly painful IBD since high school I wouldn't say I had no obstacles

100% true ive been taking vyvanse and the curiosity thing is the devil incarnate if you struggled w/ concentrating already Vyvanse makes it 100x harder to stick to doing a single thing, only way is to get your ass to a library with absolutely fucking 0 distractions AND I MEAN 0 DISTRACTIONS, go in the corner of the library thats absolutely empty & just study. Personally my uni library is full of girls with FAT asses & im always lookin & distracted shits tragic new patek
