How the fuck i can genuinely lose weight?

I starvemaxxx only to lose 2 fucking kilograms in 3 months. How can i speed up the process? Besides using CLA.

Losing weight? Mate the amount of fucking guides and how possible it is to do that just google it. Also, eat less more exercise. And stop eating dogshit food eat whole foods

The real question is not how to lose weight but why are you overweight in the first place?

Losing weight is easy all you go is get some self control and stop stuffing your face like a fatass I have no sympathy for people tryna lose weight cause y’all don’t suffer like we do

1 - Eat less. (starvemaxxing is a slow process so trash imo)
2 - Exercise. (on other ppl it works, but in me for some reason it makes me feel worse + does'nt help me to lose weight combined with starvemaxxing)
3 - I eat home home cooked food (both meat, vegetables etc)
4 - If theres diffrent guides that isnt cucked like the ones i find on the Google's first page. Post them.
 
1) starve every alternate day or 2 days
2) exercise like skipping rope or jumping jacks, fast jogging with periods of rest, quickly climing up stairs
3) drink green tea
4) take whey protein
5) lower carbs drastically
6) eat lots of fruits and cooked veggies that will overcome your appetite

If you still can't lose weight go to a professional or some shit. Maybe there's some underlying cause why u cannot lose weight. Also, are u actually eating the right foods and doing the right excerises? That could be another reason as well.

i don't have a regular metabolism man, as a 6'1 man that is 220lbs. the calculations say capping my calories at 2000 do the thing, and its partially true. i lost weight before to 200lbs but iwas capped there. it didn't go below anymore

You are fat that’s evidence , beside you sure didn’t get fat overnight and you want to get lean after only 3 months lol , don’t starve and eat less ,the more strict you are the more chances you quit

I've been stupid lean before like legit 6% BF unsustainable levels. All I did was skateboard 2 miles to the skatepark, do skate tricks for 2 hours, then skateboard 2 miles back to my place, and I would do this near daily. I was just burning calories at a level that I couldn't replenish and as a result I lost all fat. Just increase the cardio to very high levels man, bonus points if you are doing both HIT cardio and slow paced cardio like long distance running.

Having elite level cardio is also super good for your health, studies have shown a 5% decrease in all cause mortality in subjects who have pro athlete level cardio

1,2: Cardio and portion control generally aren't psychologically sustainable in the long-term for any significant amount of fat loss, so relying exclusively on them is a really stupid idea.
3: Whether or not a meal is homecooked doesn't matter, but if you live with your parents, you need to replace whatever they're feeding you with food you prepare yourself.
4: Google was probably right: you just need to substitute a certain amount of the food you eat with fiber-heavy foods. They have fewer calories per gram, so you'll be able to eat in a deficit without starving or exercising. Good examples are canned tuna in water, chicken, potatoes, etc. because they're all like 1 CPG whereas most foods have 3-4 CPG at best.

are you keeping track of your calorie intake? if youre not ensuring counting your calories and ensuring youre not consuming more than 1300 calories or so each day then that might be why the process is so slow

1- Don’t eat anything from the outside, cook your own food.
2- Drink min 4lt of water daily.
3- Eat smaller but more frequently.
4- Move your fat ass you retard.

Quick guide for losing weight.
1 chicken breast - tuna - ground turkey - egg whites -whey protein(no other meats)
2 only use 0 calorie oil spray no other oil allowed
3 only diet drinks or preferably water
4 no snacks other than plain popcorn (eat as much as you want)
5 Greek yogurt
6 walking on a treadmill in an incline.
7 white rice only.
8 use any seasoning you want but no sauces with calories.

This is the best cutting advice

Eat food you really don't want to eat. For YEARS!

Go to the gym and feel terrible uncomfortable for at least an hr 4 days a week. For YEARS!

If done right. You maybe able to sneak in a 'cheat day'.

Idk why guys complain about being skinny. It will always always be better start than being a fat ass.

It's not about losing weight but losing bodyfat. Anybody can lose a few lbs of water retention and muscle by starvemaxxing for a few weeks.

However if you want to lose pure fat and lose the least amount of muscles that's where it gets hard. You can't speed up the process unless you want to end up skinny fat.
