5 eggs is a measly 30g of protein. How am I ever going to get enough protein?

I ate 25oz of tuna this week. It makes up for the bulk of my protein. I got mercury poisoning for sure

Just get protein powder. 20-30g of protein per scoop with minimal carbs and a reasonable amount of calories. You’re a UScel right?

You only need 1.6g of protein per kg of body weight, above that and you won't have any extra benefit in terms of hypertrophy.

100-135g of protein is enough for most people who workout and are between 70-90kgs

That's legit ~25g of protein per meal, no way you can't meet that amount on your meals. On my lunch alone I probably get ~40g

Brown rice is so fucking tasty and great for muscle
Shit helps alot even if you work out a not that much

Eat a round 100 grams of chicken breast each meal or maybe even 2 eggs along with that.

250g of chicken breast = 55g protein
4 eggs = 26g of protein
1 liter of milk = 32g of protein
100g peanut butter = 25g of protein
200g of rice = 15g of protein

Here, this is all you need, fill the rest with fruits and vegetables

add them to your regular eggs, pancakes, french toast, smoothies, etc
The 48 egg pack in walmart is around 4 dollars too. 3.6g protein is from egg white. 48*3.6= 173. If I'm not lazy I can just throw out the yoke myself but I hate throwing food away. I'm going to buy 11lb of protein powder for 70 dollars
