It's not real growth. All they're doing is inflating the currency effectively devaluing every other dollar in circulation.
The economy is growing nominally, but in terms of real output America is stagnating. China is twice as productive as America but has a lower GDP cause they don't control the money printers for the worlds reserve currency like the FED does.
