176cm / 85kg, i lost 6kg but it was incredibly hard because i'm working out like a gorilla.

I don't want to lower my weights i want to be stronger but that makes my body sleepy as fuck. I literally eat, run,workout, sleep only everyday.
I'm working for a job right now but i cannot make this any longer.

Any tip to get my energy level up without taking extra calories ?
 
Take long walks to burn more calories. Avoid intense cardio
 
Nightwalk for 2h every day, do fasting every other day, eat more protein and avoid fat foods
 
i do all that except the last part :soy: gonna do that too
Fat foods won’t fill u up and are caloric dense. Avoid peanuts,oils, even steak from time to time. Eat protein without fat and fiber rich foods, that’s a good combo to kill hunger for over 6h
