How the hell do I fix my facial assymetry

if I take a picture from the front camera or look in the mirror and whatnot it looks fine but as soon as someone pulls out the back camera I look like a goblin and my left side profile looks stupid as fuck. I assume it’s probably my maxilla that’s not as developed on the left side but for all I know my entire left side of my face is probably under developed
