I sometimes dont get enough sleep. I dont drink that much water because im not they thirsty most of the time. Btw my the corner in my eyes is more sunken in then the rest of my face thats the issue.

First get at least 8 hours of sleep. Second, many people say drink a gallon f water per day. It’s a bit much for me, but I’m trying to work towards it. Are you talking about the outer corners of your eyes?

If it’s inner corner that makes me think that the simple lifestyle changes could help. Try the sleeping and water maxing for fives days. Take a before and after pic in the same lighting so you can see if it changed at all. Lastly, are you black?

You need to be getting enough sun. Black people need far more sun than white people to get enough vitamin d and if you don’t get enough it can make the area around the eyes look a little bruised. So get enough sun. I know this advice sounds bluepilled as shit but it’s better than buying a cream or some shit to fix it if this works

If it's a true eye-bag, caused by a herniated fat pad, then your two options would be filler in the under-eye to temporarily conceal it, or a surgical lower blepharoplasty procedure to have it removed permanently.
