Get a good quality safety razor, some good quality shaving cream /soap and aftershave (you can get pre shave balsam if you want )

Same i shave every 2 to 3 days idk if its cope or not but when i shave and use aftershave, it reduces my pimples , it might be from the alcohol in the aftershave tbh idk

Your skin barrier is f*cked. Shaving is just spreading bacteria deeper, that’s why it flares up. Stop using multi-blades, get a safety razor, shave with the grain, cold rinse after. Witch hazel + moisturizer or you stay inflamed. Zinc 30mg + fish oil daily. If it still happens, just grow a beard, you lost.

Was too scared to take accutane its rotting in a box at my house lol. Not eating processed foods helped my acne but I still have PIH To deal with and the occasional flare up
