Long midface but also wide? I look like an alien. My face is too big for my eyes, nose and mouth. Not only that, but it is also fucking wide. It is not face fat or anything else, but it looks like my face swallowed my facial harmonies.

I would lower my eyebrows, have rhinoplasty to rotate my nose tip and get zygomatic arch implants.
