This, anyone saying he looks "good" after is coping, the implants weren't the right choice for his base. He might look better in person / in motion who knows.

The trimax was good, if done alone without the implants, he would've ascended, throw in a rhinoplasty and some soft tissue work to the eye region (good soft tissue work mogs implants in 99% of cases when it comes to eyes, only time this isn't true is if you have actual syndrome level orbital region which most don't), and he'd be good. Now he just looks bloated, and hasn't gained a meaningful amount of appeal, if any.

Btw this isn't me saying implants are bad, they're good, actually this guy would look insane if his soft tissue "shrink wrapped" around the implants which I'm sure was the vision in his mind, but soft tissue doesn't always react how you want. Impressive surgery tho.

It's an improvement, he's just not chad and not everyone can be. Going from LTN to MTN is life changing in just general treatment and life experience.

It's water at this point but people keep playing down bimax/implant or any surgery results as a waste if they aren't becoming chadlite tier but that's just a ridiculously unrealistic way to look at things.

Having said that, I think this person will look much better later in life when the fat in his face starts to go, I do believe the extra mass in his face will hedge him against aging too badly.

I didn't say he SHOULD wait until he's old to look better, I was replying to a question on the topic, simply stating that he might look better as he ages.

I agree that getting sub 10% bf lean + debloating may help him, but everyone knows facial leanness in mostly a combination of genetics and craniofacial development, some people just have dogshit facial soft tissue genes. If bonemass was the only thing at play, he'd already be angular as fuck, but its not. You need both, attached is a good example which illustrates the point well.

One thing I can say for sure, is that if he does the other things you recommended (bfr + filler), he won't even look human anymore, he's already uncanny, filler and bfr would produce an egregious result.
