OK so, lets say you are the average USA male, that has 22-25% body fat. You have little to no muscle or you did no working out before, but you will like to get to this physique or something similar in 120 days:

Key ingredients:
500mg masteron propionate weekly.
700mg trenbolone acetate weekly.

Weighlifting 2 hours a day, fasted cardio 30 min and cardio after weigh training 30 min.

3 grams of animal protein per lbs, mostly red meats and or fish with a few scoops of rice/beans before and after training.

So it will be 400-600 grams of protein a day.
150-250 grams of carbs a day
Fat intake has to be limited and only getting it from the animal protein you are eating.

His advice would work lol but its just overkill in my opinion and tren cn fk with ur head which most incels dnt need. Id do test first with an oral anadrol or sdrol. Then cruise test 300mg for 4 months or so and then u cn do tren if u wnt.

Id take ezetimibe to help lower cholesterol a bit and use propanolol as a beta blocker to keep blood pressure in control.

Just keep tren use to minimum no long term use and try and get big cycles done when you're young (under 27 id say) and ur bodies more resilient. Now I gain bk everything I did on tren/anadrol/superdrol/high dose test (not the look at low bf but muscle) just on 300mg test because of muscle memory and all my blood markers stay in range plus blood pressure is perfect. I think tht is the best approach if ur aim is to look good for a long time and stay healthy.

He has similar perspective I did at his age but ur late 20s hit quicker thn u think. Also what I just said comes with the prerequisite that u care enough about how u look to pin for the rest of ur life.
