How to achieve 10% body fat and stay there

starve yourself to 10% and don't eat more than you need to daily, that's it

You can do it through sheer willpower, starving yourself all day, abusing stims like ECA, stuffing yourself with veg every few hours. Really unhealthy and difficult to sustain for more than a few months. It's pretty much what that youtuber kid who died did, I forgot his name.

The sensible way to do it is to go low carb and eat less frequently. By low carb I don't mean eating keto cookies but rather fatty cuts of meat, oily fish, whole eggs etc. Small portions of carbs if you have any at all. Calorie and nutrient dense foods lower in volume will over time shrink your stomach on top of being inherently more satiating.

I'm doing keto OMAD. I wrote off keto as a shitty diet due to prior experiences way too long, it's amazing for suppressing hunger and also negating the physical and mental feeling of weakness that usually comes along with a calorie deficit for me. Very good stuff, I recommend anyone to try it for weightless
