Holy GrAYcel question just open the life command tab and type in edit character creation and go re-edit ur face

Or if u know what is asymmetrical u can try to fix it with surgery

Sleep on back, don't touch one side of face more than other (for example laying your face on your hand while resting), chew food on both sides, don't move with your eyebrows. Also you can get haircut like middle part or get glasses, because these things can add lots of symmetry to your face. Also if you really want hide asymmetry then you can try some basic make up.
