How to achieve “bright and awake” look.

I currently always look dead and tired and have the characteristics of someone who is sleep deprived. (dark circles, acne, uneven skin tone, red eyes etc.) what can i do to achieve a bright and awake look.
 
Sleep more than 8 hours, which is usually impossible if you are a corporate wageslave (which is why they often look sleep deprived and sad).

Eat foods that promote collagen growth and contain vitamin C.

Have as low stress levels as possible, which reduces uneven skin tone, dark circles etc.


A lot of this ties down to a lack of free time or lack of money, which then creates a loop or spiral that makes the person uglier and uglier because of stress and high cortisol.

(Even rich people are often high cortisol because they don't stop working once they become rich, they overwork themselves to death and look like zombies due to high stress levels)

(This is all assuming you have a decent workable facial bone structure to begin with, all the stress reduction and collagen promoting foods in the world wont make an unattractive man attractive)

canthal tilt, people with negative tilt look perpetually tired.
