How to achieve HTN? (22m)

5'9 145lbs 22m. What are some optional softmaxxes to take me from a MTN to HTN? I know my skin is a weak point, Im debating hopping on a cycle of MT2 to get tanner and even out coloring. But aside from that, what else can I do?

If you don't already, start training your neck so it becomes wider. A wide neck will frame your face better.

just being healthier, good diet, sun, walking, fasting, just being healthier will make u more attractive and for eyebrows, idk i'd try both and see what u like most
