dont try to tan, inside go out in the sun with sunscreen, u can also try tanning drops or beta carotene

u can try to stay hydrated, gently exfoliate, use moisturizer daily, get regular exercise to boost circulation but dats mostly cope

the only real way is to apply a light blush or tinted cream for a natural rosy glow

Yes try it, maybe also moisturizer on the area, mircroneedle or dermaroller for 2-3x/week and dont press hard
