you should prolly get cheekbone and chin implants, upper lip filler AND lip lift and maybe slight fat grafting close the eye area to eliminate the lines and I really see the morph easily achievable with these procedures, although I have to tell you it really won't ascend you that much bro and I don't know if it's worth it

right now you are light high ltn, def not more, the morph, which again, is really achievable, would put you like at mid mtn, midface is just absolutely fucking brutal and it's not fixable, you would need like a lf2 if not lf3 which you obv are not gonna get. Don't take yourself down btw, irl probably no one will consider you "ugly", but you definitely do not have the facial structure to achieve an attractive (top 10%) face, max out other stats and you'll be good bro dw, don't focus too much on looksmaxing because unless you'll get like a lf3 (won't happen, do not cope pls) your face is not ascendable, and even the procedures I mentioned before are expensive and risky and in my opinion not worth it
