What I do:
Perma blast tren and train like 30 min a week just to not keep with diet etc and still look good
What you should do: rad 140 10-20 mg 2-3 months 2 weeks repeat
How I eat: anything that tastes good, 6+k ccal a day
How I train: just upper body mid delts chest back tri bi 12 sets for each of those a week to failure isolation onlu pump
I think its fucking easy just do what I tell you to do
