First, you find an Abandoned House.
You can use public records to locate this information from delinquent tax properties.

Then, clean the lawn and fix up the broken
windows. Take before and after images.

Next, you send a bill to the last known owner of record. You can do this as a private bank or as your own small business.


Now, you file a
Claim of Lien in the County Recorders office to secure the property.
You can do this with a UCC-1 and UCC-3 filing

Finally, you foreclose on your lien, and subsequently receive the default
judgment on your claim, because no one is there to Challenge your Claim. The
clerk of the Court issues the writ of possession and execution. You pay the
Sheriff $100 and he executes the writ.

Now rent out the home ASAP or fix it up and flip it. Easy day

Don’t these abandoned houses have an auction where the bank acts like a bidder to drive the price up high enough whereas it’s basically unpaybale.
