So I want to start this thread with a quick sermon from prophet lev

Discipline will get you ALL of your goals

With that being said, let's see how to actually accomplish them

First off I will link my source which I have used for great success

Now here's the guide

1) set your goals and break them down into baby steps

2) put these baby steps on ur daily checklist

3) every day complete the step using the motivation method

4) persist and give urself the motivation where u can to actually complete

USE THIS FOR ALL UR GOALS


I went from a 20% bf tub of lard to shredded 12%bf with mogger scar and good eyebrows and soft maxxed asf and Nt and sociable in 3 months and am now living my dreams


Worked example

Better skin and hair

1) break it down

(hairstyle I need, skin quality, color)

2) add to daily steps

(I will go to the Barbers today and get the hairstyle I need and some product to keep it in the style)

(I will buy tret)
(day 2 I will use tret)
(day 7 I will tan also)

3) keep repeating this routine

4) live the goals u want to,

Congrats! Using this method has helped u work towards ur goals and are now infact 1 step closer to ascension!
