How to ACTUALLY ascend if you are 15/16/17

1. Height
With my own personal experience being as a 5,11 shortcel, height is the most important metric of success. The amount of LTN with height halo that I see slaying regularly is infuriating. Your face can only carry you so hard when you look like a goblin next to someone 3-4 inches taller than you, and chances are, you're not HTN. :ROFLMAO:

  • The protocol
    • If you are 15/16/17, chances are your growth plates are still open. If you're a pussy and won't pin GH, just go to fucking sleep. Sleep is way too fucking important for your physique and growth to not be getting at least 8 hours a night. Take melatonin, L-theanine, magnesium GLYCINATE, and Ashwagandha (KSM-66) 45 minutes before you hit the hay and you'll get knocked out instantly. HOWEVER if you're not a little bitch, 5IU GH every day before you sleep at least 8 hours will grant generous effects. For me, I gained 2 inches in 3 months. I'm not religous, but alhamdulilah.
2. Face
I still have no idea if roids actually change your face, but chances are again you have room for growth in most areas of your face if you're 15/16/17. I ran 5IU GH daily, 50mg/week test cream :lul::lul: ( mom gave it to me), and 12.5mg aromasin E5D and changes were significant.

3. Frame
I mean, fuck, this and your physique really don't matter if you're tall and neither does , but it can help if you're a 5,11 short king gymcel like myself. Don't stay natty :lul:. Take the test/GH and grow vertically and horizontally. I mean, seriously, this GH shit works wonders unless you're a brainlet and eat right before you pin it. With the low dose, you're more likely to not get blistering acne and be a disgusting bloatcel.

4. Frauding
I don't care about your manliness, wear the damn concealer and height insoles no matter where you go. There has not been a single day where I have the left in the past month without 2 inches in my shoes and makeup all over my face. The thing is, NOBODY can tell. Not even one of hundreds of people I see, have said a single thing about makeup. The closest thing was sunscreen on my eyebrow that didn't rub in. :lul:

5. Coloring
If you're not a white kang, don't even read this, I can't help you. Melanotan 2 worked wonders for me. Pasty white supremacist to glowing bronze pharaoh in just a week. 200mcg every day for 5 days, then switch to E3D afterwards to maintain.
