This is so simple i dont even know why most of you arent debloated yet

Why most of you fail at debloating:

1. You worry too much about "potassium to sodium ratio"

- I mean its definetly important to have your electrolytes balanced but having 4:1 potassium to sodium is bs. Having more potassium helps but its not even close to others points of this thread. Sodiumflushing is cope because over time you will need to eat less of the sodium to maintain the debloat, until u have essentaily none sodium which is dangerous for your body, by not having electrolytes balanced you may feel fatigue and dizziness.

2. Your bf% isnt low enough

- You cant debloat if you are fucking 30% bodyfat, how would it be even possible when ur fat? Get to low body fat % THEN debloat. Ideal bf% is 12-14%, u can go even lower but not much difference, also if you are in development i would "force" low bodyfat, you will just be malnourished.

3. Sugar consumption (THE MOST IMPORTANT)

- This is by far the most important thing that YOU are doing wrong. Its not that sugar is just unhealthy, but for every 1g of glucose there will be 3g of water stored, therefore No sugar = Almost no water retention

4. Drinking too much or little water

- You probably heard that u should drink a gallon of water a day (almost 4liters) thats way to much for you, it will cause you to piss out alot of electrolytes(i alredy covered this), but there are also people drinking way too little water which causes the body to retain water in them. So you need to find the perfect balance between too little and too much. I recommend drinking water after a meal(not right after) so you get the excess water, toxins, etc. out of your body. But dont drink alot if you didint just have a meal, because the water wont be bound to electrolytes it will dilluate your blood sodium.

so how much sugar should i eat

Optimaly 0 sugar, if u still growing and in puberty drink milk which has lactose(healthiest form of sugar) and dont worry if you eat alot of protein you body will produce its needed glucose via gluconeogensis. Its hard to quit sugar overall, even starches are sugar, so if u struggling then i would say 100g max daily, optimally ~50g of carbs from milk if in development

Fructose doesnt rlly hold water but its 10x more glycating then glucose so you will have more AGEs. It doesnt matter if the sugar is from chocolate or fruit, sugar is sugar

Ig, but first, try drinking raw milk, because raw milk has enzymes like lactase that help break down lactose, so just try raw milk and see

what ur saying here is just stupid

glycogen doesn’t directly come from sugar it comes from carbs and yes sugar is technically carbs so if i eat 100g rice and around 75g of that is carbs some of it will turn into glycogen so does that mean carbs are bad and cause bloat 😱 no they dont cuz the water doesnt go under ur face like sodium it goes into ur muscles like creatine:lul:

and u got muscle in ur face like the masseter muscle but it doesnt give u a insane bloat or even a little that is not even noticble

also it literally says carbs and muscle:Comfy:

only valid point btw, jfl at bloat from food except if you ate 2 salted fishes.

anyway "bloating" is type of cope for people who dont want to leanmaxx.

js walk for 30 minutes and wash face with cold water and have somewhat normal food and you will NOT be bloated.

this thread is so retarded. You know that any carb is broken down to glucose r? not just sugar. Also its retained in the muscle usually
