so I've noticed that the biggest thing holding me back from gaining weight (60kg, 178cm at 15) is my lack of appetite.
my test is at high levels, I just don't get hungry much except right after I wake up
I'll have a meal, eat til I'm full and maybe a bit more and be good for the next 10 hours and not want to look at food with my eyes
how do I increase my appetite and how should I eat (as in what times and portions)?
