the whole goal is to eat SHIT ton of protein and be in slight caloric surplus While also doing cardio to make that surplus into maintenance

why this works?


1. simple, Protein is the actual building block of everything that exists in your body, protein increases igf1 and hgh, it's the most important neutrient for bone growth and muscle growth.
that's why when you see animals that ingest a lot of protein in nature tend to be bigger/taller than the animals that don't ingest much protein.

2. now, why do we need to be in slight surplus? because you need to make sure your body is getting enough neutrients to fuel the growth BUT this step is very crucial
you shouldn't gain weight (Fat) because that will raise estrogen levels = increases aromatase activity = Closes growth plates, Less HGH, Less IGF1

3. You should burn off that excess calories above your maintenance by cardio or physical activity daily, and this make caloric surplus into maintenance.
this way you get benefits of High Protein diet, Enough calories to not stunt growth and also enough cardio that you don't gain fat

Eat mostly Protein, then Carbs and lastly less fats
