How to advertise/get conversions for my clothing brand?

Was going to write up a 10 page post but I don't need to do that, everything is fully setup, I have a batch of 100 coming to my house in a week.

I currently have a tiktok with 70k followers and a instagram with 42k, I sold stuff as a hobby earlier and made a decent amount but it was just for fun

As of now I need to worry on only advertisement and promo and not sure where to proceed from here

I started advertising my brand on the comment section of every video on my page and I have a couple hundred followers and 20-30 interested people but Its not enough yet

What should I do? When would buying something like Meta/Tiktok ads be appropriate?
