How to alleviate early TMJD & prevent further condylar joint resorption
TMJD stands for temporomandibular joint dysfunction which is when the temporomandibular joint as seen in the picture above is dislocated or popped out of the jaw socket. This will cause BONE RESORPTION for however long it was dislocated. Resorption can also occur when the joint is being rubbed in the socket constantly.
Physical changes can be noticeable within months-years of resorption occurring.
Many disregard this condition and brush it off. They will accept their fate and live with this burden for the rest of their lives. TMJD causes PERMANENT DAMAGE.
If left untreated, this can lead to
- The destruction of non-erupted teeth
- Crossbites
- Facial asymmetry / Craniofacial dystrophy
- Severe bone resorption through the joint diminishing
- Persistent strain, tension, and pain within the jaw
- Short face syndrome (SFS)

Symptoms of TMJD
- Pain or tenderness in the jaw
- Pain in one or both temporomandibular joints
- Aching pain in and around the ear
- Having a hard time chewing or pain while chewing
- Aching facial pain
- Locking of the joint, making it hard to open or close your mouth
- Headaches
- Neck pain
- Eye pain
- Tooth pain that occurs along with jaw tenderness

You probably have some degree of facial asymmetry as of now in which one side of your face appears "more developed" than the other. This is because your joint is sinking back further into the socket as its going through bone resorption.

Masseter Muscles (Chewing):

Jaw Tension: (Strain, Grinding, Clenching):
What I would do if you have strain or tension is to try and subconsciously stop doing it. Practice every day to make yourself stop clenching. I'll talk more about this in the next sections to come. For grinding, you will need a mouth guard or masseter botox.
Asymmetrical Maxilla:
An asymmetrical maxilla can be somewhat helped by bringing the maxilla forward which will bring the mandible forward. This will relieve the condylar joints, but you still may need surgery for the maxilla & joint replacements/treatments.
The Nervous System: Sympathetic (SNS) & Parasympathetic (PNS):
You need to be low inhib & not give a shit about other people. Have the mindset of thinking you are better than everyone else. Take warm showers & focus on yourself. Be happy, relax, take deep breaths, and be calm.
Sympathetic (SNS): High inhib, very aware cucked inb4 state which makes you clench your jaw.
Parasympathetic (PNS): Low inhib darktriad mogger chad state, making you unaware & not clench or strain your jaw.
The PNS will make you avoid randomly clenching or straining your jaw.
Myofunctional Therapy Massages & Exercises:
High IQ stacylite showing you the way
Fix your Atlas misalignment with this. This helped me a lot & I got most of my results from doing this. It might be able to fix a asymmetrical maxilla if caused by the atlas misalignment.
(30 seconds on each side for 5-10 sets per day)
Hydration (Water):

Hydration (Water):
Hydration is crucial for the health of condylar joints, like those in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), as it helps maintain cartilage elasticity, ensures adequate lubrication, and supports shock absorption. Dehydration can lead to stiffness, pain, and reduced shock absorption, potentially exacerbating conditions like arthritis.
Now drink yo water boyos. (5 liters per day
Bone Health (Diet & Nutrition):
Now, you don't want to have osteoporosis whilst your recovering, so make sure you get enough nutrients essential for bone health. Find foods with these nutrients and minerals. This may increase facial bonemass, contributing to the condylar joints. HGH & IGF-1 can do this too.

My Personal Experience & Progress:
Keep in mind, I had severe TMJD for 2 years. It was caused by chewing gum & my pre-existing facial asymmetry. It has improved a lot since then.

HOLY. I FIXEd MY TMJ AFTER 2 YEARS OF SUFFERING
Holy man. 2 years of jaw strain and shit and I just wake up today and that shit pops back into the socket. Fucking lifefuel man. I’m so fuckignhappy. @superpsycho @soggra @rrm_ss2 @vevcred2_0 @

I’m making progress (sleep apnea) & TMJ)
https://looksmax.org/threads/holy-i-fixed-my-tmj-after-2-years-of-suffering.1410033/ Update from past thread. My TMJ is fully gone. Also my sleep apnea was because of onesided congestion. So I pushed my the left side of my maxilla backward because it was protruding & now I can breathe so much...
(Deviated septum from jaw misalignment can cause sleep apnea. At least for me it did.)
