antioxidants :

NAC (may increase glutathione)

Melatonin (great antioxidant , although could make drowsy , how can this be countered ?)

Astaxanthin/lycopene (both antioxidants help protect once they accumulate lipid membrane)

Vitamin e (Many forms of vit e but fat soluble incorporates into lipid membranes antioxidant)

Vit c (antioxidant can synergize some other endogenous antioxidant I forgot I don’t have much time rn)

Anti glycation :

Heat might increase glycation antioxidants help with this but also aminoguanidine is anti glycation

Hydration (drying increases glycation rate so hydration good , drink water idk)

Elastase inhibitor :

ChatGPT says heat -> elastase, which degrade elastin . So use elastase inhibitor

Simple : topical melatonin

Topical any of these could work too
 
Low PUFA so less pufas to oxidize

aspirin ?
