how to ascend as teen newbie

I'm 15, 6'1, brown hair brown eyes, probably low mtn on here but like a solid high mtn in my area (everyones a dopehead here, few handsome fellas). What can I do to improve my looks.

What I'm doing:

- Skincare (Very basic, I have pretty good skin)
- Exercising Daily
- Eating well (bulking rn as into bodybuilding, cut starts mid march)
- Zygopushing when I can
- Keeping my teeth locked for the jaw goals

I don't really wanna become some mad lobotomist who bonesmashes everyday, but I would like to ease into this community and start improving.

Your diet should be 90% red meat, eggs, butter, fish, organs, and raw cheese if you can tolerate it.

kinda hard as i cant get my own shopping but im not far off of this bc my family fell for the carnivore stuff on tiktok

Eat butter and like 4 or 5 eggs per day and a lot of red meat. You should avoid sugar and goyslop. Pro Tipp minimize stress
 
bulking wont do shit for u itll only make u look worse

i dont really mind that bc I usually cut for around 10perc bf after and makes it all worth it

Good. They didn’t β€œfall” for it, like they were misinformed. This is how we were meant to eat. Show them the list I just told you and they will buy it since they are already carnivore. Those are all carnivore approved foods. It should be 90% of your diet.

pretty much got diet down, still indulge in goyslop tho, minimizing stress is something i could never do lmao

i just like it, its a cool community and helped me look normal in the first place
 
kerry gold butter is the gold standard. It’s grass fed.
They said it was too expensive,

I got anchor which is 84% milk and the rest is salt, better than margerine

not bulking anymore decided to cut it short 😭 may as well just run maintenance calories with cardio
