I’m 5,6 (barefoot) and turned 15 4 months ago I weigh 140 right now I been in the gym and playing a lot of basketball as cardio I been in a slight calorie deficit and sprinting occasionally my diet isn’t great because I can’t always afford grass fed meats and eggs but I try to eat enough protein I just picked up some meats and eggs. Enough yap I pretty much wanna grow taller become lean without stunting growth and overall look healthier.View attachment IMG_0074.jpeg

Retard why are you in a caloric deficit while you're still growing, you need to be in a caloric surplus to optimize growth. Ditch trying to be lean before your growth plates have closed

you don't need grass fed beef and eggs you fucktard, jfl. For true growth you need injections, otherwise just quit the deficit and bulk up. You can lose the fat later
