1. start lifting
2. get into a caloric deficit and spam cardio and 10k+ steps daily (should do more than 10k if u want) if you aren’t 10% BF
3. make sure ur hair looks good
4. get 9 hours of sleep daily
5. eat clean foods

and once summer comes you can really eat whatever the fuck u want (within reason) because u made the long term changes when they needed to happen

Good guide. I legit did 21k steps today, when you're really prioritizing this shit it becomes easy..
I just must remember to do decent shopping for food, not to order any bullshit, sometimes happens
