Nothing you can really do for the eye itself besides surgery. However, you can grow eyebrows with minoxidil, dye them darker, and use eye whiting drops such as lumify to brighten your sclera. You can also grow your eyelashes with a serum of your choice (I use the ordinary lash serum) and you can dye them with darker as well.
