pls read thank you
in my previous threads ive talked about my hardmaxxing plans that mostly involve midface projection and fixing misc features along with adding volume through peek implants.
however, i've decided not to get jaw angle implants to enhance my bigonial width/overall mandibular angularity because of a higher risk of infection, high risk of revision/uncanny results, asymmetry, and most notably MMD. (jaw angle implants carry unique risks compared to other facial implants because they require the detachment and reattachment of the masseter muscle from the gonians, often leading to a complication known as masseteric muscle dehiscence). furthermore. naturally, my gonial angle falls within the ideal range and is quite masculine, along with my decent projection and ramus length.
for these reasons, i want to ascend my lower third as much as possible without surgical intervention while im still in development (16yo rn).
i've heard of test and even hgh masculinizing the brow ridge/mandible quite significantly during puberty, but im still not sure what to do.
my main failos in my lower third are a narrow bigonial width and a lack of overall angularity. on a bad day it makes me look like a low-T bitch. i also have slight asymmetry. (my mandible is shorter on my left side).
how can i fix these failos? help would be greatly appreciated
