How to ascend my eye area before surgery

I am planning to get surgery when I'm 18 (im 15 rn) but I'm not 18 yet (specifically canthoplasty and fat graft on my UEE, and totally unrelated alarplasty for my nose)
what are some ways I can ascend my eye area before surgery

You have other issues to address, build everything around it.

Here are just 2 flaws I would fix first, then the eyes, then the lower third and coloring.

Stop prioritizing one single flaw.
