How to ascend this eye area? Also this picture was taking looking down at camera

seems fine? he’s squinting so i can’t exactly tell if he has hunter eyes. has some slight negative canthal tilt which usually is not a big deal if your other features are on point. My only suggestion is surgery for NCT but imo it looks fine and the NCT isn’t strong or a big deal here
